Vision, Mission & Values
Vision
To see people say Yes to Jesus at every point in their lives.
Mission
To motivate, challenge, nurture and equip people to love Jesus and each other.
Spiritually
Before we act, we pray and read the Bible, listening for the voice of God.
Questions to ask yourself: Have you prayed about it? Have you heard from God?
Prov 3:5-6
2 Timothy 3:16
Kingdom Mindedly
Everything that we do is towards advancing the Kingdom of God both inside and outside the doors of the church.
Question to ask yourself: Is the way I am acting advancing the Kingdom of God?
Matthew 6:9-13
Empoweringly
We are deeply committed to building others up and empowering them to become all that God wants them to be.
“The most important issue in empowerment is a holy imagination of what God can lead a person to become.” – Carl F. George.
Question to ask yourself: Am I acting in an empowering way, realising that ultimately God is the only one who is in control?
Ephesians 4:11-13
Honestly and Kindly
We seek to operate in an honest and kind manner, believing that the truth will set us free.
“Kindness is loaning someone your strength instead of reminding them of their weakness.” – Andy Stanley.
Questions to ask yourself: Am I being honest? Am I showing kindness?
Ephesians 4:15
Invitationally
We are a church that extends the invitation? Do we invite people to connect, belong and be equipped to say yes to Jesus at every point in their lives?.
